Our Services

General Psychology – Sport Psychology – ADHD Coaching

My training and knowledge in the practice of Sport Psychology comes from the experts in the field around the world. Eddie O’Connor Clinical Sport Psychologist, Dan Gould expert in mental training for athletic competition, Jose Maria Buceta Coach & Sport Psychologist and, Bill Beswick Sport Psychologist, to mention some. I directly relate to athletes’ challenges as mentioned in my introduction.

In my initial years working with ADHD, my framework was based on Cognitive Behaviour Therapy (CBT) in partnership with Neurologists. It evolved to Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) and collaboration with Psychiatrists. Those days, training from ADD Coach Academy by David Giwerc complete my current working method.

I base most of my work with children, adolescents and families on the Interpersonal Neurolobiology and Brain-Based Integration by Dan Siegel. In the background of Trauma Informed Practices, ACT is my model of intervention led by Russ Harris’ work.

In summary, I combine psychology, coaching and neuroscience as a model of intervention to help my clients reach their outcomes.
